Acupressure massage and no jury duty! Massage was wonderful! I'll be seeing him every week for a while to check out what happens with more frequent sessions. Good things, I believe!

The system of justice must run slowly in the middle of the summer. Lots of potential jurors not being empaneled. No complaints--just observations.

Read a story last night in the Farley Mowat collection. I had seen the story dramatized on TV a long time ago. As I started reading, the whole story came back to me visually. It was like watching a movie. It was the story about a frontier pilot who got stranded in the wilderness. He was taking an Eskimo woman to a hospital and they crashed. She helped them survive by using her native skills. He learned how to deal with elements from her and ended up surviving because of her. She, however, didn't survive the journey back to civilization. It was a great story when I saw it a long time ago. It was a great story to revisit. I'm still amazed at how clearly and completely I recall the images. The brain and mind are astounding things.

After the massage today, I successfully juggled three balls for a number of repetitions--almost went into continuous juggle mode! A breakthrough! I've said all along that when I can juggle at will, I'll be recovered! Today was a good day!

I was a bit logy after the massage, but also energized. I slept for a short time.

L has been out of communication for about a week. There must be some problem with her father and she flew to be with him. Hope all is well! My telephone was not working for a few days and I didn't know it. It wouldn't let me call out--don't know if it was blocking incoming calls as well. It's so smart it should announce that it's not working. I had to power cycle it to get it unscrambled.

Busy week next week! Hope my jury duty luck (not being called) sustains. May it be so!
