Fell asleep last night and didn't post anything. Acupressure today and it feels OK. Definite moderation of symptoms, but they don't fully disappear. It's in the right direction though.

Hot! Hot! Hot! End of summer sizzle!

Dreamed night before last of getting my truck towed. Went to a party. There were signs posted that after midnight vehicles would be towed. I came out around 1AM and found my truck gone. Spent the rest of the dream getting it back. Dream merged with an actual time I did get my car towed. Reality and Dreams! Overlaid!

Had a salad for lunch. Had a cup of chocolate ice cream. Had a mango lassi for dinner. To warm to eat hot foods.

Slept on the floor last night until I awoke from the coolness. May do the same again tonight. The heat is on!
