It was a total eclipse--red moon rising. I awoke as it was happening and managed to watch it for a while.

Made it to the beach today. It was pleasant there--misty and cool! Had my cup of soup after taking a long walk.

Dreamed last night about being involved in putting on a seminar. I was in charge of the food. I had prepared enough so that even late registrants could have something. Not sure what the seminar was about--I was focused on the food--making something tasty and healthful.

Came back from beach and ran some errands--then conked out for an hour or so. Weather turned warm and muggy and has made it uncomfortable this afternoon. Symptoms have been present but not intrusive. Long walk helped moderate symptoms.

Finished Arthur Miller's short fiction collection called Presence. Well spun stories written in his autumnal years. Can make a trip to the library in the morrow and replenish my supply of reading items. Still reading Everything Is Illuminated--it's taken me a while to get into story, but now I'm hooked and ready to read more.

Stood on the shore of this wide world today.
