Completed my 68th year today--working on the 69th. 68 years have meandered by! How many more do I have? Time will tell.

Had a session with the chiropractor--he says I'm loose and less tense relative to what I was when we started working together. Good news! My arms and shoulders feel less tense.

Had a delicious lunch with my friend, P. She brought me three books, which all look interesting. Reading while waiting for Godot. Reading a lot! She also gave me a delightful, very colorful, B-day card. A joyously printed piece. The colors of my future perhaps.

Don't recall my dreams from last night. Had an energy bubble last night (like the ones on Tuesday and Thursday of last week). May there be more!

Will head for the beach tomorrow--making it a weekly trek from now on--weather permitting. It really felt good to go there last Tuesday. The prana intake was no doubt related to that night's energy bubble.

Feeling good right now! Took a deep nap this afternoon and am riding the wave. Let it continue! Happy, happy B-day to all!
