Fell asleep early again. Met with L to give her a belated B-day gift. Had a cookie and a huge glass of milk. That and the lunch I had at DeeDee's kept me from having to eat dinner. Had a glass of chocolate milk instead. All that milk made me want to sleep. And, it's continued today. Slept this afternoon until the temperature made it too uncomfortable to nap. Just don't feel like moving around--just want to sleep.

Had an elaborate dream last night. I call it the NASA dream. It was about a space travel (transfer) project that used electromagnetics to set up platforms in space and connect those platforms during transfer operations. The dream was about a demonstration of the concept and letting NASA people experience the transfers. Each platform had a large flat surface where people could stand. There were a few wires and magnets attached to each platform that helped locate and orient the surface. It was fairly chilly since these platforms were sitting high in the atmosphere. Some people, who were lightly dressed, got cold. The transfers worked as planned and people were zipping back and forth from place to place.

It was an exhilarating dream and I awoke filled with energy. Quite the opposite of this afternoon and my mega-sleeping. Dream was clear and uncomplicated despite the subject matter. Fun stuff! May such dreams continue!
