Energy bubble came down today. Did laundry and then had to collapse. Slept some this afternoon. Feeling OK, but a bit fizzled. Rode the energy bubble last night. Fell asleep late after reading for a while.

Lost any dreams I had from last night.

Reading in six books right now--actually only five since I finished one of them.

Getting an acupressure massage tomorrow. Look forward to the session. Feel like they have put me on a path that leads to recovery--after wandering for so long in the darkness.

Enjoyed my jaunt yesterday to the beach. Another piece of the recovery puzzle. May all the pieces fall into place.
