It was great at the beach! Windy, but temperate; some clouds and lots of birds. Walked the shoreline. Definitely putting jaunts over there on my weekly agenda. Had a cup of soup at the organic store. Tasty! Rice and vegetables with lentils.

Only rested when I returned. Feeling a little logy now--will read myself to sleep. Air and openness felt really good. Have to see how I might go over, stay longer, go more often. Makes me think of moving over that way. I think I'd like that.

Dreamed last night about some kind of start-up business. Don't recall the details.

Got an email from my younger sister. Today is her B-day. She's three years younger than me.

Symptoms not so intense the past few days while energy has been up. I feel like I'm recovering--that things are smoothing out. May it be so. Laundry day tomorrow and an acupressure massage on Thursday. Onward and onward!
