Hot! Hot! Hot! Went to BH's for lunch (crisp green salad with fruit slices, poached fish, and rock shrimp--lemonade and fruit for dessert). Watched Barry Lyndon with GH. The film had a lot of classic Kubrick features, but it was not as intense as his other films. The images were like paintings.

Dreamed last night, but don't remember any details. It was a dark dream--lots of shadows and murkiness.

Didn't take a nap this afternoon. It was too warm by the time I got home to try and sleep.

Another day tomorrow of hot weather. Will try to get out and about during the major heat periods. I'm almost on a liquid diet, which is fine with me. Juice Squeezes uber alles!
