Didn't post anything yesterday. Went to the PD exercise class and came back a bit zonked. I slept some and thought I had taken my evening medication, but didn't do so. Suddenly it was late and I skipped posting.

Went to the movement class today. Felt good although I was a bit tired afterwards. Remembered to take my afternoon dosage, slept some, and am now paddling through the evening.

Dreamed last night a detailed and extensive dream. Part of it took place in a house. There was a woman there. We were associated with the faculty of a nearby college. A lot of the dream unfolded at the college campus. It was a huge place and it wasn't easy to navigate between places. I was telling someone how too go from where we were standing to another building. The instructions were complex. At one point, I was walking from one place to another and I got turned around. I started jogging and had soon run a considerable distance. Everything looked only vaguely familiar. I would see a place that I thought I recognized, but would then discover that I didn't know where I was going. The running felt good physically. I was enjoying the movement even though I was lost.

Tomorrow is acupressure time plus a meal and movie with the H's. Onward and onward!
