CW dance class this morning! Good to do some moving! We've now done seven dances--most of them oldies that I've already learned before. I can concentrate on the movement and the music. No stress; no strain!

Took a nap this afternoon when I returned from grabbing a bite to eat. Weather cooled off quite a lot since yesterday. Felt good to sleep.

Dreamed last night that I was with a man who was a criminal type. We spent a lot of the dream zooming about in his car. It was souped-up and could travel quite fast. We took rides between a ball field and a place in town. At the ball field, we were supposed to play a game of softball. The opposing team didn't show up. We batted around some but finally left the field. Back in town, we met up with some people with whom the man had business. I stayed in the car so I didn't learn what they were about. The dream felt dangerous. I was aware of the possibility of things going badly somehow. But nothing ever happened even when we were racing about in the car.

My friend, PH, sent me a note about her book of writings being published. It was exciting to see her work in print. She published on one of the print-on-demand sites. The cover looks very attractive. I'm happy for her.
