Cold! Cold! Cold! And wet as well! Went to PD exercise class today. Large class! Lots of people showed up and did some structured moving. I have problems with balance while standing in tandem pose (one foot directly in front of the other foot). Some instability in my leg/foot muscles.

Watched a movie, Laurel Canyon. It was a somewhat formulaic story, but was done simply and cleanly. It had a good core cast. Francis Mcdormand had the lead role. She is a talented actor. I don't think I'll ever not associate her with the film Fargo.

Put off doing my laundry today. I just wanted to stay inside away from the cold and damp. It's suppose to warm up tomorrow. Hope so! Prefer to do the movement class in a somewhat warmer day.
