Heat among us! When I checked the temperature in the early afternoon it was 86 degrees (F)! Where did the cool Spring breezes go?

Another week (weak) ends! In a stew of heat! I dawdled about all day. I couldn't get motivated to do anything. Except watch a movie--The Scarlet Pimpernel. A classic old film with very poor audio (it was just being used back then). I enjoyed it except for the poor sound.

Dreamed a two part dream last night. In one part, I was in a room with a crowd of people that I knew. We had all come together in an apartment. We were having a few drinks, talking among ourselves, and listening to music. It was like a party of sorts. We seemed to be there for some coming event, but just what was not clear. At one point, I went down the hall to a bedroom. In there, I found my daughter and grandchild sitting away from party noise. My friend, PH, was also there.

In a second part of the dream, we (the crowd of people who were in the apartment) were down on the street. We were about to start a race or cavalcade. However, my friend PH's car was missing. We were all looking for it, but it was no where to be found. We were having to hold up the start of the race until we found her car.

There was an interesting story on NPR this afternoon about a breakthrough of a child with autism using horses and shamans. The family had traveled to Mongolia to experience the healing work. I need to go to Mongolia! I need to go somewhere! Hopefully where it's not hot!
