Movement class was bigger than usual. There were two new people and one returning person. So the room was more cozy. I came away from the class feeling drowsy. That is not the normal reaction to the class. Afterward, I had a fairly big meal (a Japanese Bento Box) and I had a pastry. Yes, I had a flushing/redness episode--from the pastry I believe. Will do an acupressure session tomorrow and try and minimize my gluten intake.

Had a pair of epic dreams last night. The first took place in a house. I was watching a movie with my step-father. He was recording the movie as it played on a large recording system. At several points in the evening several women came into the house. I think some of them were my sisters, some were ex-wives, and some were just women we knew. My step-father was drinking quite a lot and was getting really drunk.

A second dream took place in a theater. Again, there was a movie playing. The place was crowded and the audience was noisy. People were shouting and making remarks about the film. The film was titled Twin Towers of Babel. As far as I know, there is no such movie. The audience liked the film. It was making everyone really hyper.

I got a check from one of my retirement funds. Not a lot of money, but glad to get it. Still have to tap my IRA for a little as well. Will do so before the month is out.
