Busy day! Went to G&B class this morning (almost overslept but made it). Class was really full. Instructor talked about the shift in July to two classes in place of the current one. She will offer a slightly more vigorous version of the current class and ease back on the current one. Sounds good! Class times will have to shift around a bit (one earlier and one later). Keep on moving!

Dreamed something about working on a high tech device. It's all fuzzy now. The only thing I recall was the sensations the dream produced--tension, difficulty, struggle, and breakthrough.

Watched a film this evening--Descendants. A man who is related to one of the Hawaiian ancestors, along with his extended family, are planning to sell a large undeveloped plot of unspoiled land on Kauai. In addition to his problems dealing with the land deal, his wife is in the ICU, in a coma from a boating accident. He also has two daughters whom he has to corral and begin to deal with along with everything else. The film is very even paced and plods along to a teary set of conclusions. The film was OK--it was "real". The film did well at the box office--George Clooney as the key actor in the piece probably drew many to the theaters.

Movement class tomorrow and a dental visit to mount a permanent cap. Went with the H's to the new grocery store--The Fresh Market. Big place! Looks like it will do well!
