The day was warm and the day was heat! Sweltering and muggy! Got up and down several times in the morning time. Went out and grabbed a not so interesting meal (Chinese a la Safeway). Came back and napped for a few hours--awoke feeling heavy and pressed down by the heat.
Watched a French film made from an English novel--Tell No One. And it didn't--tell anyone that is. The mystery of did the wife of a local physician die or not was the hub of tale. After eight years, the husband gets some email messages that appear to be from her. At nearly the same time, the police reopen the investigation of her murder (or disappearance), and once again suspect her husband of evil deeds. The mystery is hidden in secrets and the secrets are wrapped in mystery. The "is he" or "is he not"questions fuel the action as layer upon layer of subterfuge is uncovered and examined. I would have sworn until about half way through the film that I had not seen it before. But in the second half there were numerous familiar scenes and actions.
Busy week on the horizon! A full roster of classes plus dental work to be completed and other things! Experiencing a roller coaster of sensations and ups and downs--seemingly more so on the weekends when I tend to disengage and float along. Such is the mystery of life!
