What was exciting today? Laundry! That was it! Biggest thing on my agenda. Didn't nap today! Spent a long time out of the apartment. Not doing anything particular, just ran some errands and drove around. Lazy, crazy day.

Have dental hygiene in the late morning and maybe will get a haircut. Acupressure massage on Thursday. Feel myself slipping into hazy mode--not sure why--just how it feels.

No word from L. Keep expecting to hear from her. At least get a summary of what's going on.

Egrets flying! Saw a snow white egret sailing over the trees. Omen? Perhaps!
