Fell asleep early last night and awoke to someone playing the flute. It was still fairly early, but it was quiet and the flute notes hung in the evening air. I'm was restless--full moon energies.

Dreamed last night about making a toy. It was made in four sections that when moved together created a counting sequence. Section one counted 1-2-3. Section two when attached to section one counted 1-2-3-4-5-6, and so on. Section one counted by itself when it was shaken. Also experimented with a three-section version that counted 1-2-3-4-5, 6-7-8, and 9-10. The original version counted to 12. The dream dealt mostly with play testing the devices.

Like I said, I've been more restless than sleepy. I have to lay down to get quiet, but don't necessarily fall asleep. I replied to the PDTeam's check in note and requested four sessions for the final four months of this year. That means I'll be doing some chiropractic work, some acupressure massages, and some treatments. All that, and I'll working on my H-pylori colonization, and resting as needed. The beat goes on!
