Had a PD dance class today. I felt good as I drove to the class. I awoke late, but managed to get to the class on time. I felt clear and steady in going there and during the class.

Had a Chinese lunch (no gluten) and seemed to do alright with it. No flushing and redness symptoms. Looks like wheat (grain) products may be the culprit. Will keep on monitoring and see what happens as it happens.

Helped BH run an errand in the afternoon. She needed to get a new phone system. We went to Fry's. They have too many telephone options--way too many. GH called as we were looking through some options and reported that their phone had started working again. So, we didn't have to buy a new one. All's well that rings well!

I did dream last night but it all faded back into the mists as I awoke. PD exercise class tomorrow. Looking forward to it. I'm somewhat sore and stiff. Can use the extra movement!
