Went to the CW line dance class this morning. It was still raining as I headed to the class. It rained heavily throughout the night.

I'm still going light on gluten-rich foods. It seems to be making a difference. The severity and incidence of flushing and turning red seem to be abating. Will continue to monitor and observe to see what happens.

Watched a French movie, Bridesmaid. It's a mystery story that's a blend of the macabre and and the eerie. It is directed by Claude Chabrol who looks a bit like Alfred Hitchcock. It was an enjoyable film. I may seek out more of his work.

I slept some this afternoon. It felt good to do so. I was a little buzzy after the class and grabbing some lunch. Sleep helped me settle down and restore. PD dance class tomorrow. No movement class though--Spring break!

Dreamed a series of dreams last night, but don't remember any details. They had something to do with dreams I've had before. Dreams about previous dreams! What can I say?
