Rains upon the plains today! Heavy showers, drowning the Spring flowers!

Heading over to the H's for dinner. BH wanted to cook a meal tonight and she invited me to attend. They both sound like they are doing better. I'm happy that's what is happening for them. It was a bummer for them to be ill--especially for them.

Dreamed last night something to do with email messages. I was chasing down some information that had been sent via email. Not sure what the messages were about.

CW dance class tomorrow. Will be good to move. Didn't do much over the weekend with all of the rains. Flushing and redness was light today. Almost no gluten. That may be the culprit! Will continue the experiment and see what transpires.
