Acupressure was on the table this morning. Or some variation of life's endless events. It felt good. I just wish I could stay in that still space all the time.

Went to the H's for a visit. GH is still not doing well. BH is better and seems to be rebounding. But I worry about GH. They had a steady stream of visitors while I was there. GH was tired. He's not been sleeping well and that is taking its toll on his being.

I dreamed last night. It was some convoluted dream that involved people chasing each other. They were probably seeded by the TV shows I watched yesterday (NCIS, NCIS LA, THE GOOD WIFE).

I tried to nap when I got home this afternoon, but it was noisy around here. An ice cream truck pulled up with calliope music. The kids went nuts and the music played on, and on, and on.

I had my regular flushing/redness activity in the late afternoon. It was about the same duration (a couple of hours) and might have been tied to food intake. I'm starting to suspect gluten. Will experiment with not eating any wheat products and see what happens. Always something! Going for the MegaMillion tonight!
