Visit with PCP went well. I already have some test results returned--iron levels are OK, no need for supplements; Vitamin D levels are low, resume taking 2000 IU every day. Still have a stool test result coming--to make sure I don't need a colonoscopy. Prostate appears to be normal--stool test will help verify that this is so.

Went to movement class--good energy there today (although I felt a bit jumbled from having the wellness exam). Grabbed an enchilada plate from Como Esta, went to library to exchange DVDs, came home and napped out for several hours. It was warm today (despite forecasts of it not going to be so warm) and I zonked out. Felt dense and heavy when I awoke, but have lightened some after cooling down and watching a movie.

Watched the techno/detective film--Untraceable. It's an edge of technology story about a techno-nut who uses the Internet to broadcast a web site where people are slowly killed based on the number of people viewing the murder. It's a morality tale about crowd sourcing gone rogue. The plot pits the FBI against the madman who is a techno-geek of the highest order. He manages to remain untraceable despite all of the power and resources of the government agents. He is so good that he captures one of the agents and has him killed. Fortunately, he fails in his attempt to off his key nemesis--the female agent who is technical equal and who finally brings him in--in a box. There are several interesting things about this film, but is also a bit plodding and not particularly surprising.

Resistance training tomorrow and then comes the weekend! Oh, yes--a repeat of the heat as well!
