G&B class was a good workout today. Felt strong and balanced throughout most of the session. Napped later in the afternoon once I had grabbed a bite to eat (Rice Thai place). Slept for several hours and awoke feeling heavy and achy. Feeling better now.
Tomorrow I have a doctor's visit in the morning and movement class is the midday. Not looking forward to doctor's session but need to get annual reading I guess.
Watched a feel good movie this evening--Hope Springs. It's a romance/comedy about an older couple who have drifted apart after 31 years of being together. Main actors are big name stars--Streep, Jones, et al. It's an OK film that explores a few taboo elements of more senior people (sex, intimacy, growing apart, and more). It got OK reviews and did alright at the box office.
Dreamed last night about being in a work camp. We, the workers, were housed in huge barracks. We slept on mattresses on the floor that were stuffed side by side down both sides of the open space. Each day, we were awakened before dawn, fed a paltry meal, and marched to the work areas. All of the workers were thin and sickly. It was a sad, depressing dream scape.
