Daze of heat and lollipops! It is hot, hot, hot once again--and more promised. Over 100 degrees in the valley tomorrow and maybe today! Had a cool resistance training session today. The guy in charge of the AC set the thermostat to keep it cool.

Had an acupressure this afternoon. Felt good but now I'm a bit logy from the full afternoon and the warm weather. Watched a spy thriller film this evening--The Bourne Legacy. Yes, another Bourne film that lets you know that there are more of them--people who have been altered and enhanced. Jason was not alone! He's also not in this film--although the story reaches back to the family of episodes and carries the battles forward. Aaron Cross is one of Jason's clone brothers and takes over the duties in this film. The film is heavy on car wrecks, motorcycle chases, battles, shootouts, drone missiles, and other such action. Not a really absorbing storyline but plenty of action.

Like I said, I'm yawning (Yawn-nee Apple Seed) the electrons away. New tooth cap is working well today--no problems after removing the particle of grit last night that was lodged between the cap and adjacent tooth. No specific plans for the weekend--except beating the heat tomorrow and enjoying the cooling trend that's supposed to start on Sunday.

Almost finished reading Westlake Soul novel. It's quite a trippy piece of writing. Should complete it tonight!
