Lots of things cooking on the stove on life! PD dance class this morning (where I felt light and joyous) and resistance training in the early afternoon (where it was a push but left me feeling good). Had lunch with one of the PD people. Ate at Dish and Dash--a street food inspired facility that would look at home on Maui or other tropical location. LL dropped by in the late afternoon an we went for a walk around the neighborhood. It was good to see her--been a long time!
PCP responded to my comments/questions regarding occult blood test results (positive) and issues associated with doing a colonoscopy. One thing she said needs follow up--asking the neurologist some of the same questions. He's in a better place to provide answers.
Got a surprise invitation (more later after I process how to respond) that lifted my spirits. The world is filled with wonder!
Dreamed last night that I was hanging out with a couple of street people. We were standing in front of a convenience store. As we stood there, a police car pulled up and the two policemen told us to put our hands on the wall. I took off running and as I ran I took packets of drugs out of my pockets and threw them away. When I had dumped all the contraband, I stopped running and let the cop who was chasing me catch up. He cuffed me and walked me back to his car. I awoke from the dream.
Watched a BBC film (3 episodes)--Shooting the Past. It's a quirky tale about a photograph museum that is curated by a quirky cast of characters. The museum contains 10MM photographs that the curation team manages without any technical gadgets. They all have unique memory and correlating skills that helps them locate and retrieve items in the vast inventory. Their quaint peacefulness is shattered by the appearance of an American executive who has made plans to renovate the building and remove the museum's contents. There is an interesting battle of wills and wits regarding the removal of the 10MM items. There are three episodes of about 60 minutes each. I watched all three back-to-back. Fortunately, I had stopped after my walk with LL and picked up a Grande Green Tea Frappuccino, which is till fueling my system.
G&B tomorrow along with the several pending things that I need to address. Onward into green tea dreams!
