Getting late and I'm feeling tired tonight. Got some unwanted news on the stool test--I'm showing positive results. Most likely means that I'll have to do a colonoscopy, which I was hoping to avoid. I've many questions though! I'm wondering how I handle my medications if I have to do the procedure. And, of course, there are the questions of what's next if the examination turns up anything else. Too many questions for this time of night! More tomorrow!

C&M class felt good today. I don't think she worked us as much as usual, but it was still a workout. I only napped a short while this afternoon.

Watched a French film this evening--Under the Sand. It's a mind-trippy story about a couple who go to the beach for summer vacation and the man disappears. The rest of the film follows the woman as she goes about life, but with a strange mindset that her husband is still around and about. The woman basically suffers a break, but holds on enough to keep going even though she says and does wacky things along the way. Like many French films, this one ends ambiguously! The actress who played the whacked-out wife did a good job of keeping me guessing as to what was real and what was her hallucinations.

Tomorrow a full day--PD dance, resistance training, and meeting with LL -- at a minimum. Who knows what else might unfold?
