5144-5143

Weeks keep zooming past! I look up and suddenly another week is gone. I seem to be on a moebius strip, repeating cycles and losing track of where I've been or where I'm going. Continue to sleep a lot.

Been reading more and started looking into the nearby PD treatment center. They are holding and open house next week. I plan on going there and seeing what they have to offer. Stasis is not exciting--movement is energizing. Time to move--move on!

GH fixed a good lunch on Wednesday. We screened the last two acts of the Three Sisters movie in which he played Andre. It was fun to hear his comments on what was being done by the director and the actors. Will see them (GH and BH) again tomorrow, plus will be doing an acupressure session in the morrow.

5149-5145

Earth Day! Prices of things rising! Bread lines at Costco! Gasolene well over $4 a gallon! Frosty temperatures and rain! People stealing gas in the south bay! Armed robbers doing invasions of eating places! Strange times and strange events!

On Friday, was driving BH to pick up some plant mulch at a gardening supply store. I was on the Bayshore frontage road. I noticed a police car behind me, but didn't think much about it. Suddenly, he turned on his flashers and hit his siren. I pulled over and he asked for my insurance and driver's license. He asked if I was aware that someone with my name had an outstanding warrent. I told him I wasn't aware of it, but that I had been told that there was a person with my name that was in arrears on his child support payments--and that it wasn't me! He had a conversation with his dispatcher and gave me my license and proof of insurance back. He apologized for the delay and went on about his business. But, it's a bit scary to think that I might be stopped like that since my vehicle registration kicks up a warrent in the police database.

BH is recovering from her surgery. GH is filling in for her to make me lunches on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. BH is directing him and he is making the dishes. I completed reading his manuscript about his journey of becoming an actor. Many rich anecdotes and subtle thoughts about his journey and what he learned and did. Actually, quite inspiring! He's never stopped learning, experimenting, and testing what is possible.

On Monday, we watched a film of Three Sisters in which he played the part of Andre. It was filmed at the Actor's Studio and has a cast of famous actors. It's exciting to be sitting in GH's home and watching him on the screen--what he looked like and was doing over 40 years ago. Makes for an interesting lunch.

Made it to the dentist today. My teeth/gums are not in good shape. I lost some of the momentum I was experiencing when I had my health problems in December/January. I haven't got back on track since then--but can do so now that I've had a hygiene. Onward and onward!

I've been resting/sleeping a lot. I'm getting a bit stronger--stronger than I was before December in some ways, but I need to rest/sleep more than I would like. I'm starting to read more--I've just about burned out watching TV. Reading feels good! Back to the books!

The book about peak experiences is very interesting. It details a number of techniques that help a person remember the state of being he or she was in when coming into this life. It treats peak states of being as a birthright and natural way of being. Traumas, in all forms, masks these states and makes us forget them.

The techniques have been distilled from many sources. They have been streamlined and structured to produce results quickly and permanently. EFT (or other meridian practices) are used to help dissipate the traumas. More as more unfolds!

BH is recovering quickly from her shoulder operation. GH is filling in for her with lunches and such, and is making great dishes. On Saturday, I heard GH perform in a reading from Inherit the Wind--he played the Clarence Darrow character. The reading was done at Stanford as part of the Law School weekend events.

BH's and GH's son and daughter-in-law reopened the Cheese Shop in the Town and Country shopping center. They renovated the place and made it more open and bright. They should do well--they are getting a lot of help from the T&C management to get them started.

BH brought lunch on Monday (salmon, rice, artichokes, dessert). P was here visiting and shared the feast. After eating, P had to get back home--BH and I went for a walk and then she read some from the book we've been reading.

Tuesday I went down to Mt. View for lunch. Came back and slept. Wednesday BH went in for surgery on her shoulder so we skipped getting together that day. I got lunch from Mr. Chau's.

Today got an acupressure session this morning. Picked up a sandwich on way back and then slept some this afternoon. Tomorrow will see the PT in the morning and go over to BH's and GH's for lunch.

Been feeling sleepy a lot. Strength and stamina are up, but keep wanting to go horizontal. Started reading the book on peak experiences that P brought on Monday. It's very interesting!

5166-5161

Saw one of my doctor's this week. He indicated that I'm doing well--looking well. BH and GH made several tasty lunch dishes this week. I continue to sleep a lot and haven't been able to do too much--but I walked some this week and am feeling stronger.

Past few days have been good--had an acupressure session on Friday. Have restarted my daily exercise activities plus adding in the PT routines. Don't have any meetings with doctors until May. Been watching a lot of TV, but I'm getting bored with that way of spending time.

Starting to feel like I'm ready to begin some projects--some activities that will get me more out and about. Time marches onward!
